Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum Top 25 Under 5 – named #21 in 2011 and #20 in 2012

Launch Leads is Top 25 under 5The Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum (UVEF) has named Launch Leads among the fastest growing businesses in its annual “Top 25 Under 5 Awards”. UVEF recognizes the best emerging companies in the state of Utah based on revenue growth and job creation. The UVEF uses these awards to help promote local companies that may become industry leaders throughout the region, state and the world. Recent winners include ZAGG, Interbank FX, Seastone, Altiris and Omniture.

CrowdPitch can best be described as American Idol meets Shark Tank. It gives business owners the opportunity to describe their business and receive valuable feedback from the crowd and a panel of expert judges. Launch Leads won the August 2010 Salt Lake City CrowdPitch award. Brandt Page, CEO of Launch Leads, presented to a group of 150 investors and was critiqued and praised by an elite panel of judges which included JD Gardner of Monarch Partners, Ken Hull of Mercato Parners, Jeremy Hanks of Doba and Karl Israelsen of CLI Law.

Utah Student 25 – #6 in 2009

The Utah Student 25 Awards recognize the achievements of today’s top student entrepreneurs, the businesses they have created and their economic impact. They announced Launch Leads as the 6th ranked top student founded business in the State of Utah.

UTC Emerging Exec of the Year 2009

The Utah Technology Council named Launch Leads CEO Brandt Page the Emerging Executive of the Year in 2009.

2010 American Express selected Brandt Page to advise their national OPEN Forum Pulse on Twitter.

American Express has selected Brandt Page, CEO at Launch Leads, to contribute to the global financial services leader’s OPEN Forum Pulse along with other preferred business leaders to offer advice to small businesses. American Express created its OPEN Forum Pulse Twitter platform as an aggregate source of sound business information for small business owners. Additionally, OPEN hopes to facilitate conversations between business owners to stimulate growth. Page and Launch will offer sales and marketing tips to OPEN’s users and followers.

According to their site, the American Express OPEN platform “was designed for small business owners to search and learn from insightful, business-related tweets and share ideas with others.”

Launch has been recognized as one of the “40+ Sales Experts You Should Follow On Twitter” by “The Sales Operations Blog”

According to the blog’s author, “There are a good number of Sales Experts worth following on Twitter. They produce interesting, relevant, sales related Tweet content on a regular basis which I frequently RT. And their content is not self- serving. They may have occasional links to their own blogs or webinars, but they are not blatantly selling their products or services. Instead they are helping to serve the sales community as a whole.”

Along with speaking at several events, Brandt was the keynote speaker at the Student Business Summit’s portion of the Governor’s Utah Economic Summit. He been on numerous panels and has judged business competitions including the Student Shark Tank.

UTC invited Brandt to be a speaker at its Sales Peer-to-peer meeting to speak about “Secrets of Success to Selling on the Phone”.
