OUR PROCESS

Our methods are 100% aligned with your organization’s success. Launch uses a process that has taken nearly a decade to define, develop, and polish. Our goal is simple — to put your sales team in a position to close as many sales as possible. To that end, we get your team on the phone with decision-makers who are interested in what you’re selling. It’s that simple.

GETTING STARTED

Our process begins when you request a proposal. We will quickly contact you and discuss the attributes of your organization. We determine your position in the industry, your needs, the types of clients with whom you’ve had success in the past, and which executive titles have been most receptive, historically. All this research is performed to determine your specific target audience. We rely on this information, along with proprietary, industry-leading software, and years of sales expertise to create the initial targeted lead list.

STRATEGY

Once initial lead lists have been created, it’s time to map out a plan of attack. At this stage, we collaborate closely with the client to outline the nuts and bolts of the campaign. We also create the necessary campaign collateral — sales scripts, qualifying questions, nurture campaign and general prospect email templates, etc. Once we’ve agreed on the sales strategy, we select and train our sales agents and begin testing.

LAUNCH

We’re ready to go live, but we’re far from done with campaign development. Testing is continuous, and adjustments will be made to optimize. Even when the campaign is running full steam and performing well, we continue to test and optimize. Our job isn’t done until you have TOO MUCH business.

PRICING MODELS

There is a modest, one-time implementation fee as a fixed cost component. Moving forward, we typically offer two pricing structures, but we can customize an account depending on your specific needs.

PRICING MODEL ONE

Our first account type is partnership model utilizing a monthly retainer per dedicated business development rep. In this scenario, we fulfill many aspects of sales and marketing for your team — rather than just outbound prospecting. Whether it is an event follow-up or registration or cleaning out an old database and updating the contact info, we will assist in any way possible to ensure your sales success.

PRICING MODEL TWO

The client is charged a monthly retainer plus a pay-per-appointment bonus. This bonus is determined by the difficulty of scheduling the appointment and the target demographic you are going after.
The goal is to determine an ROI calculation that makes your cost to hire Launch Leads minuscule compared to the revenue you will earn from our efforts.
