PHARMACEUTICAL LEAD GENERATION°

Fill your pipeline with qualified pharmaceutical and life-sciences buyers.

You’ve built the science and the supply chain — molecules developed, lines validated, quality systems in place. What you need is buyers in the pipeline. Our pharmaceutical lead generation engine puts pharma manufacturers, life-sciences suppliers, and distributors in front of pre-screened buyers with verified need, decision authority, and an active sourcing window — not list names, not RFI tourists.

PHARMA MARKET CHALLENGES°

Solving pharmaceutical lead generation challenges

Your science is sound and your line runs clean. What stalls pharma pipelines is the sale itself — validation-bound cycles, credential-gated buyers, compliance at every gate, and a value chain where one generic pitch lands at the wrong door. Our pharmaceutical lead generation methodology cuts through all four.

01

Long, validation-bound buying cycles

Pharma and life-sciences purchases pass through scientific evaluation, qualification, QA, regulatory sign-off, and procurement — 9 to 18 months is normal. We sequence engagement by stakeholder so the relationship survives the cycle and your account doesn’t reset every time it moves to the next gate.

02

Credential-gated technical buyers

You’re selling to PharmDs, principal scientists, QA and regulatory directors, and formulary committees who screen out generic outreach in seconds. Our SDRs lead with your actual science and use case — not category buzzwords — so technical buyers engage instead of deleting.

03

Compliance and access constraints

Vendor qualification, NDAs, GxP expectations, and audit trails mean you can’t cold-blast a list. We run documented, consent-aware outreach that respects how regulated buyers are allowed to engage — so first contact builds trust instead of a compliance flag.

04

A fragmented value chain

A branded manufacturer, a CDMO, a distributor, and a hospital-pharmacy buyer all buy differently. We map each prospect’s position in the value chain before the first dial, so we’re never pitching a contract manufacturer like a wholesaler — or a GPO like a single site.

WHY CHOOSE LAUNCH LEADS°

Why pharma and life-sciences companies choose Launch Leads

Life-sciences-trained SDRs

Our reps speak the language — GxP and GMP, clinical phases, formulary and GPO dynamics, CDMO/CRO models, cold chain, 340B, serialization. No script-readers running a generic outbound play at a roomful of scientists.

End-to-end pipeline support

From list build to qualified meeting to nurture sequence — we own the top of the funnel so your AEs and sales engineers stay focused on technical evaluations and closing contracts.

Operates as an extension of your team

Your SDRs use your messaging, your qualification standard, your CRM, and your compliance rules. By the time a meeting reaches your AE, it doesn’t feel like an agency hand-off — it feels like internal pipeline.

WHAT OPERATORS SAY°

In their words

Why B2B sales teams pick Launch — and stick.

We have long sales cycles. We needed somebody who could tee up qualified leads for our high-powered sales team. Other companies hadn’t delivered the results we needed. Launch turned leads into results right out of the gate.

LONNIE MAYNE

VP Sales & Marketing · Mindshare

They adapted quickly and articulated our value proposition — which is not easy by any means. We’re very particular about who we trust with that responsibility, and Launch has earned it.

GREG HOWELL

Sr. Manager, Business Development · MarketStar

Launch helps us filter and qualify our leads. We didn’t want to build a call center in-house — we’d rather outsource to someone who already has that set up. They’ve helped us focus on more qualified, closeable deals.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS°

Common questions, straight answers

The questions pharma and life-sciences teams ask most before signing on. Don’t see yours? Start a conversation.

How quickly does pharmaceutical lead generation start producing appointments?

Your pharmaceutical lead generation campaign’s list build, messaging, and account research finish during onboarding, so day one of the engagement is dialing day — we don’t ramp by quarter, pipeline pressure in pharma is real and waiting isn’t a plan. First qualified appointments typically land within the first week, with steady weekly cadence by week three. Your AEs see meetings on the calendar before most agencies have finished writing their kickoff deck.

What does "qualified" mean in your model?

Three-point standard, and all three must be met. Verified pain — the buyer has named a specific need (a capacity gap, a supplier they’ve outgrown, a therapeutic or compliance problem), not just mild curiosity. Decision authority — they can sign for it, or they’re one of two people who can. Active timeline — they’re evaluating in the next 90 days, not “sometime after the next budget cycle.” Anything short of all three doesn’t make your AE’s calendar.

Do you work with both pharma manufacturers and the vendors who sell into them?

Yes — that breadth is the point. Roughly half our pharma and life-sciences clients make the product (branded, generic, biotech, specialty) and half supply the value chain around it (CDMOs, CROs, lab equipment, packaging, cold chain, software). The motions are different — a CDMO sells capacity and quality systems, a distributor sells reach, a manufacturer sells a therapeutic story — so we map each prospect’s value-chain position before outreach and tune messaging to it. You’ll never have us pitching a contract manufacturer like a wholesaler.

How do you handle long, compliance-bound, multi-stakeholder sales cycles?

We sequence engagement by stakeholder. Scientific and technical buyers enter first — the ones who’ll evaluate fit and approve the requirement. QA, regulatory, procurement, and finance enter later, at the qualification and terms stage. Our SDRs stay involved through the nurture phase so the handoff to your AE doesn’t reset the relationship. An 18-month evaluation can’t survive being thrown over a wall at month four; our model is built so it doesn’t have to.

What size pharma and life-sciences companies do you work with?

Mid-market through enterprise — most clients land between $20M and $2B in revenue. The common thread isn’t size, it’s sales infrastructure: you need an existing AE, sales-engineer, or scientific-sales team capable of running a technical evaluation and closing once qualified meetings hit the calendar. If you’re earlier-stage without that closing motion in place, we’ll tell you upfront.

How do you keep outreach compliant with pharma procurement and access rules?

We run documented, consent-aware outreach and work inside your vendor-qualification, NDA, and GxP expectations — your compliance rules become our operating rules, not an afterthought. SDRs are briefed on what they can and can’t say about indications, off-label topics, and pricing, and every touch is logged in your CRM for an auditable trail. The goal is first contact that builds trust with a regulated buyer, not a flag in their procurement system.

Can you target specific therapeutic areas, NAICS codes, or value-chain segments?

Yes, and segmentation goes deeper than NAICS alone. We layer therapeutic area, value-chain position (manufacturer / CDMO / CRO / distributor / provider), modality (small molecule, biologic, cell & gene), GxP and accreditation status, revenue band, geography, and procurement maturity. The output is a tight target list of 200–800 accounts that actually fit your offer — not a generic “pharma” pull from a list vendor. Sloppy targeting is the single biggest reason outbound underperforms; we fix it before week one.

How is pharmaceutical lead generation pricing structured?

Monthly retainer, scoped to your target volume, account complexity, and cycle length. Enterprise targets, regulated buyers, and longer evaluations cost more to engage; smaller mid-market plays cost less. We don’t publish a rate card because each pharma client’s therapeutic focus, value-chain position, and offer look different, and a flat price would either overcharge half our clients or undercharge the other half.
