Salesforce. Every appointment we book arrives as a new opportunity record, with the prospect’s name, title, company, the trigger event or intent signal that prompted outreach, the conversation summary, objections raised, and the specific outcome the prospect said they were trying to achieve.
HubSpot. Same write-back, same fields, same handoff structure.
If your CRM is something else — Pipedrive, Zoho, Close — we’ll have an honest conversation about how we’d handle the integration.
Intent data we monitor
6sense — account-level intent signal monitoring. When a prospect’s organization starts researching topics tied to your product category, 6sense surfaces the signal and the account moves up our tier system.
Bombora — third-party intent data covering business research behavior across 5,000+ B2B publishers.
ZoomInfo Scoops — event-driven triggers: leadership changes, hiring patterns, funding announcements, technology migrations.
Data enrichment
ZoomInfo — firmographic and contact-level enrichment.
Apollo — supplemental enrichment and prospecting data.
We use multi-source enrichment because single-source providers typically miss 40–60% of available prospect information.
Outreach platforms
We run outbound from a combination of internal proprietary tooling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We don’t use third-party LinkedIn automation platforms that violate LinkedIn’s Terms of Service — every connection request and DM that goes out from us comes from a real SDR’s profile.
Our internal dialer and lead aggregation system have been built and refined since 2009.
Communication and scheduling
Slack — client communications. Most engagements run a shared Slack channel between your team and ours.
Calendly — meeting scheduling and calendar coordination.
Microsoft Clarity — analytics on how prospects engage with content we direct them to.
What we don't integrate with — yet
We’re not connected to every CRM, every cadence tool, every dashboard platform on the market. Tools we do not currently have native integrations with include Pipedrive, Close, Cognism, Outreach, Salesloft, and a number of regional CRMs. If your stack is built on one of these, ask us during the discovery call how we’d handle it.
